When you require a full size walk-in with greater flexibility, Kolpak KoldFront Walk-ins is the solution. Made from the same quality panels and components that Kolpak is renowned for, you get all of the quality, flexibility, durability and energy efficiency you have come to expect. The Kolpak KoldFront Walk-ins system consists of components that are ready-made and ready to assemble. By manufacturing and warehousing these components ahead of time, we greatly reduce ship and installation time and in most cases reduce cost too, depending on your exact requirements.

• Panels : Panels are the same high-quality 4" panels that exceed 2009 Panel Standards. Available in 7' or 8' heights
• Nominal Panels : Nominal panel sizes are available in and 1', 2' and 4' widths, each in either 7' or 8' heights
• Cam Locks : Cam locks ensure panels lock to a rigid air-tight seal
• Corner Pieces : Corner pieces are 1" x 1" for greater stability and durability
• Door Hinges : Door hinges are adjustable to ensure a square air-tight seal for greater energy efficiency
• Lights : Lights are energy-saving and long lasting
• Doors : Doors feature a standard kick plate for greater durability; 34" and 78" door sizes available to best suit your needs
• Thermometer : Digital Thermometer is standard on all units
• Compartment : 12' x 22' to 10' x 24' compartment sizes available; Single and dual compartment solutions available

Polar-Pak coolers and freezers are made with the same rugged, high performance construction that has made Kolpak the leader in walk-in refrigeration.  The Polar-Pak modular panels of 4" 100% foamed in place non-CFC urethane foam offer superior insulating capabilities. The exterior and interior of top-quality galvanized metal offer an attractive and rugged metal finish. Polar-Pak also offers superior air circulation around the coils making it both economical and efficient to run.

Polar-Pak is flexible enough to be used in virtually any configuration.  There is no need for numbered panels.  Some standard 7'6" high units are part of our Quick Ship Program and will ship within 7 days after your order has been received.

Kolpak's refrigeration design has more condenser surface and less clutter inside to maximize airflow across the condenser, yet the hinged weather housing and footprint are exactly the same size as before. The increased condensing capacity means that the system works more efficiently and operates without fail in the most extreme temperatures.

Some competitive refrigeration systems break down or "kick out" when ambient temperature reaches 105°. Ours continues to perform when temperatures reach 120°. The system also has an oversized fan blade powered by a PSC motor - a true electric motor - that moves air more efficiently. All Kolpak remote units include ArcticFox Temperature Controls.

• Refrigerant Charge : Pre-Charged (PC) and Pre-Charged Line (PCL) systems include a full charge of refrigerant for up to 50' line run in tyical temperatures
• Serviceability : Ease of service with all components conveniently arranged on a heavy duty base; Electrical box is easily accessible so installation and service is simple
• Oversized Receiver Tank : Oversized receiver tank large enough for added pump down capacity
